We are located in the IX Park inside of CrossFit SPRQ, please come in and our office will be the first door on the left. This approach allows us to address and assess our patients in a more active setting if needed for their injury/health goals.

Our North location is inside of ADAPT, with the office being located to the right of the entrance once you enter. With having access to the facility we will be able to go over more complex movements instead of just the regular activities of daily living.
